THE HALL SCHOOL TRUST

The Hall School Trust, which was established from the proceeds of the sale of the school after its closure in July 1983, continues to award bursaries annually when possible.

The bursaries are offered for the benefit of former pupils, their children and descendants and are awarded following a means tested assessment to establish need.

Previous bursaries have been awarded for a wide variety of requests including:

    • School fees to enable private education
    • Fees for children with special needs
    • Sixth Form fees
    • Music tuition fees for children at school
    • The purchase of musical instruments
    • School uniform
    • Funding for students’ elective years
    • University grants for Bachelor, Master and PhD degrees in the UK and overseas

Applications for bursaries are invited annually.

For more details on bursaries and how to apply, please contact David Masters, the secretary of The Hall School Trust.
