Bruton Museum Exhibition
A lovely evening for The Hall School exhibition at Bruton Museum yesterday evening (Friday 5th April 2024).
It was great to note the many who had travelled from afar making the effort to attend as well as those not seen in the years since they left the school.
Congratulations to Kerrin and Alison 👏🏼🎉💐 for inspiring the idea and for organising the event – and to Kerrin in particular for her catering and her installation of the displays which feature such an incredible collection of items from decades of archive from The Hall School.
A reminder, the exhibition will run at Bruton Museum until the end of May 2024.
Bruton Museum opening times:
Weekdays: 11am – 1pm
Saturdays: 11am – 1pm

And thank you to Rowena Sharp for her contribution:
REUNION 2021
UPDATE
With a RSVP previously requested by 30th June 2021, the threshold of 100 (at a minimum) was not reached for viability to organise a reunion in the vicinity of the site of our old school in late September/early October 2021.
Therefore, plans are on hold for now.
Should it be possible to offer a new date in the future i.e. when it’s deemed safe – and with all Covid restrictions lifted – a new update can then be offered and published.
Thank you to all who had recently responded with a “yes” to attend.
The more who are interested to attend a reunion, the proposed per head charge would then be reduced accordingly…
REUNION 2019
“Thank you” from the HSA to all who were able to attend Reunion 2019 in October at Holbrook Manor.
Your attendance (and continued support of the HSA) was greatly appreciated.
REUNION 2007
Reunion 2007 was a truly unique event.
It was held at the Holbrook House Hotel on the outskirts of Wincanton and within proximity of the site of The Hall School.
As part of the day, members were able to tour the site of the old school as well as attending a service of Thanksgiving at St Nicholas Church, Bratton Seymour.
With over 200 responses received from former pupils and former members of staff, the reunion was a great success and thoroughly enjoyed by all who attended.
